Terms and Conditions for UKRC 2014 prize draw – Eden Learning
There are five prizes in total. Three MRI from Picture to Proton books and two for accommodation.
- Three book prizes, one to be drawn at the end of each day. Book is MRI from Picture to Proton.
- One prize of overnight accommodation for up to two people at De Vere hotel, Ricoh Arena, Coventry. To include a pitch view room over night for up to two people with dinner and breakfast and entrance to the casino (must be over 18) and dates are weekend (so Friday, Saturday or Sunday) and subject to availability. This will be drawn at the end of day 3.
- One prize of overnight accommodation at The Wesley, London including full English, breakfast. Subject to the hotel’s availability.
- Entry to the prize will take the form of a completed questionnaire at the UKRC conference only.
- Transportation to and from the overnight accommodation is not included.
- Entry into the accommodation draw will take place at UKRC, Manchester on Wednesday 11th June only.
- A valid working email address is required & able to receive emails prior to & after the closing date/time. All mandatory fields are required to be completed appropriately in order to be entered into the draw.
- Entrants agree that the organisers may contact them from time to time regarding courses that the organisers consider may be of interest or benefit.
- Minimum age of entry 18.
- Strictly one entry per individual. One entry per address maximum. No group entries. Multiple entries per individual will not be entered into the draw.
- Third Party entries will not be entered into the draw.
- The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
- The winners will be notified by email by 14th June 2014.
- Winner's name and geographical area will be available on request. No further personal identifiable information or place of work details will be provided.
- No individual details or comments placed on this form will be shared with third parties.
