All reservations for course places must be made using the Eden Learning online system. 
Once a course place is reserved, an email will be generated stating the order reference and providing a link to the booking details and link to pay if offline payment option is selected. 
Once a reservation has been made for a course place, whether paid in full or payment pending, the place is held unless Eden Learning is notified to cancel the reservation and acknowledges such notification and all cancellation terms will apply (see below).
 

Payment, if not made at time of reservation, is due 7 days prior to course commencement. A reminder that payment is due will be sent at 14 days prior to course commencement.

Eden Learning reserve the right to release course places to other attendees if payment is not received by 7 days prior to course commencement. In the case of late payment, admission to the course will only be allowed if course places are still available and upon receipt of full payment. Eden Learning reserve the right to refuse entry if full payment for the course has not been received.
Any discounts available at the time of booking will only be valid if full payment is made at the time of course registration or within the specified terms as appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least 3 weeks prior to the course start date. 

Cancellations received between 7-14 days prior to the course start date will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the course fee.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course commencement date will incur the full course fee. If a deposit payment has been made at the time of course booking this will be non-refundable.

Transfers
Delegates are able to transfer a confirmed course booking between course dates provided that notification is received at least 14 days prior to the original course date. 
Without exception, individual places may be transferred once only, otherwise the full course fee will be payable. Transfers to an alternative course date will remain on the same booking and will not affect the original invoice and payment due date. 
An alternative course date must be chosen by the delegate and attended within 12 months from the original course date, otherwise a new full course fee will be payable. 
Any discount offered at the time of the original booking will need to be applied to an alternative course date within 12 months of the original course date. 
 
Early Bird Discount 

We reserve the right to waive any discounts advertised in the event of failure to meet the conditions of course reservation and payment.

Substitution
A substitute delegate may take the place of another delegate free of charge provided that the request is made in writing at least 7 days prior to the course date, otherwise a £20 administration fee will be charged.
 
Course Suitability
The delegate accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure that the course meets the needs of the delegate and that the delegate has the necessary prerequisite skill level to be able to achieve the course objectives. If the delegate has any doubts about the suitability of the course they should discuss this with Eden Learning in advance of their booking.
 
Course Amendments
Eden Learning reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course. In the event of cancellation all monies paid in respect of that course will be refunded or credited, provided that the delegate has complied with the terms herein. Additionally, Eden Learning reserves the right to amend the content, schedule and / or venue without prior notification.

Personal Property
Eden Learning cannot accept responsibility for any personal belongings at any course. Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the owner.
 
Delegate Attitude
It is assumed that all delegates will attend the course with the intention of gaining maximum benefit, however if any delegate behaves in a way which is detrimental to the course or any other delegate(s), Eden Learning reserves the right to expel the delegate(s) from the course. In these circumstances there will be no refund.
 

Liability

Eden learning reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient number of delegates registered for that course. In this case the only liability of Eden Learning shall be to refund the delegate’s course fee. Eden Learning shall not be liable for failure to perform its duties due to accident, death, illness, industrial dispute, and third party default or for any reason outside of our reasonable control.
Eden Learning’s liability for loss or damage, howsoever arising, will be limited to a claim for damages for a maximum amount equivalent to the delegate’s course fees for the course on which the loss or damage occurred.
Eden Learning will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss of profit or data howsoever arising.
 
Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials, course content and branding shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Eden Learning. No part of the course materials, course content or branding may be reproduced in any way nor stored in electronic form or transmitted by any means without written permission in advance from Eden Learning.
 
Quality
Eden Learning wish to ensure all delegates meet the training objectives set down for the course. All delegates will be asked to complete a confidential course assessment on completion along with current contact details.  This feedback is analysed for the continuing improvement and content of the courses.
